Explain it or do not ship it
If a student cannot defend a module or a client cannot describe what a screen does, it is not finished.
About Zuvano
Two things happen on the same floor in Noida: client software gets built, and the next batch of engineers learns by working on it. Neither side is a side project.
Our story
In 2021 a local distributor asked us to fix a reporting mess. They had bought software twice; both times the vendor disappeared after invoicing. The real problem was never the code - nobody had mapped how the business actually worked before building for it.
That engagement set the rule we still run on: scope the workflow, agree the module map in writing, then build in weekly demos. Everything else at Zuvano - the internships, the training batches, the final-year project programme - grew out of students asking to sit in on that process.
Today the studio does both. Client work funds the classroom. The classroom supplies the engineers. Interns work reviewed code on real briefs, which is why their certificates mean something to the people hiring them.
Mission
Build software that outlives the vendor relationship, and train people locally so businesses here stop importing every technical decision.
Vision
By 2030, a Zuvano certificate should be shorthand for someone who has shipped, been reviewed, and can explain every line they wrote.
Core values
If a student cannot defend a module or a client cannot describe what a screen does, it is not finished.
Every engagement starts with a written module map. Scope creep is a planning failure, not a client problem.
Clients get trained staff, interns get reviewed code. Knowledge transfer is part of delivery, not an upsell.
Training batches stay under 15 so every submission gets line-by-line feedback.
Timeline
Zuvano started taking freelance software briefs from Noida businesses still running operations on spreadsheets.
Nine students asked to learn the stack we were building on. That batch became the template for our internship programme.
Moved into a dedicated floor with a classroom, a build bay and a demo room for client reviews.
Added computer vision, document intelligence and pipeline work after three clients asked for the same automation in the same quarter.
Crossed both numbers in the same year, with a 98 percent client satisfaction score across delivery reviews.
Formalised the placement desk - resume reviews, mock interviews and referrals into partner hiring pipelines.
Founder message
- I have sat in enough vivas and enough client reviews to know they fail for the same reason: somebody presented work they did not understand. Everything we do here is arranged to make that impossible. -
