Submission guidelines

Submit original, unpublished work as a single PDF under 12 MB. Include an abstract of 150-300 words, 4-8 keywords and the full affiliation of every author. Our panel completes the first review within seven working days and you can track progress with your Paper ID.

  • One PDF per submission, under 12 MB
  • Abstract of at least 80 characters (150-300 words recommended)
  • Every co-author named, with the lead author's affiliation
  • Duplicate titles from the same email are rejected automatically
  • Plagiarism screening before the editorial review

What happens next

  1. PendingWe acknowledge the submission and assign your Paper ID.
  2. Under reviewThe editorial panel reads the paper and may ask for revisions.
  3. ApprovedPublication details - DOI, volume and pages - are finalised.
  4. PublishedThe paper appears in the public archive and your e-certificate is issued.
