The Zuvano Research & Publications portal archives applied computer-science work by our engineers, mentors and student researchers. Every accepted paper is reviewed by our editorial panel, indexed with a permanent Paper ID and issued a verifiable e-certificate.

Archive

Search the archive

Search by title, author, keyword, institution, Paper ID or DOI, then narrow by research field and year.

Who can publish

Students, faculty and working engineers. First-time authors are mentored through revisions by our editorial panel.

Review process

Pending ' Under review ' Approved ' Published. You can track your paper at any time with the Paper ID we issue on submission.

E-certificate

Every published paper gets a QR-verifiable certificate of publication, downloadable as a print-ready A4 PDF.

How publication works

From submission to certificate

Five stages. You can see exactly where your paper sits at any time using the Paper ID issued the moment you submit.

  1. SubmitYou send one PDF plus up to six authors. We issue a Paper ID immediately, in the form RP-2026-0001. Your account records the status from this point on.
  2. PendingThe submission is logged and queued for the editorial panel.
  3. Under reviewA panel member reads the paper and records comments and a recommendation.
  4. ApprovedThe paper has passed review but is not public yet. An authorised administrator then publishes it.
  5. PublishedThe paper appears in the public archive. The system generates the Certificate of Publication for you, listing every author, with a QR code anyone can verify.

A rejected paper is never locked away. It can be reopened straight back into review, and the reason is shown on your dashboard.

Submit your research

One paper, one PDF, and up to six named authors. Register once, then track every submission from your own dashboard.

Certificate verification

Every certificate carries a QR code. Scanning it opens the public verification page, which checks the ID against our live register.

Guidelines and ethics

What Zuvano does and does not claim

We would rather be precise than impressive. Here is exactly what a Zuvano Certificate of Publication means.

What a certificate is

  • A record that a named author group published a named paper with Zuvano Technologies on a stated date.
  • Issued after an editorial review by our panel, and signed by our authorised signatory.
  • Verifiable by anyone, at any time, using the Certificate ID or the QR code printed on it.
  • Revocable. If a certificate is withdrawn, this page reports it as REVOKED with the recorded reason.

What a certificate is not

  • Not a peer-review certification. Our review is an internal editorial assessment, not blinded academic peer review.
  • Not a DOI, ISSN or any other registration. We do not operate a registration agency.
  • Not an academic credit, degree requirement or government approval of any kind.
  • Not indexing. We are not listed in Crossref, Scopus, Web of Science or any other index.

If a paper needs accredited credit or a registered identifier, please raise it with us before you submit.

Send us the PDF with an abstract and keywords. Our panel completes the first review within seven working days.

FAQ

Questions authors ask us

Between one and six. Member 1 is the primary and corresponding author and is always required. Members 2 to 6 are optional. They all belong to the same paper and the same Paper ID, and every one of them appears on the published record and on the certificate. Duplicate names or email addresses within a single submission are rejected.

One Certificate of Publication per paper, listing the complete author group. We do not automatically issue separate certificates per author. If you later need individual certificates, contact us and we will arrange it.

Every paper is read by our editorial panel and receives written comments and a recorded recommendation. That is an editorial review, not blinded academic peer review, and we do not describe it as such. See the ethics section above for the full statement.

Yes, by an authorised administrator, and separately from revoking the certificate. Unpublishing removes the paper from public search and listings while keeping the full publication history. Its certificate stays valid and verification will report the paper as unpublished. Revoking a certificate is a separate action that does mark it REVOKED.

Deletion is a soft delete. The paper leaves the public archive, but the review record, the author records, the certificate history and the audit log are all retained. We do not cascade-delete publication history.

The paper itself must be a single PDF under 12 MB. You may attach up to two supporting documents in PDF or DOCX, 5 MB each. We verify the real file type on upload, not just the file name.
