Originality
Work submitted to us must be your own and must not be under consideration elsewhere at the same time. Papers that
are reprints of work already published elsewhere are declined. We record a Paper ID against every submission, and
resubmitting the same title from the same account is blocked automatically.
Plagiarism
Every submission is screened for overlap before the editorial panel reads it. A submission found to contain
unattributed material is declined, and the author is told why. We do not run or issue a formal similarity report,
so we will not describe our screening as a plagiarism certificate.
Authorship
List between one and six authors. The order you give is the order of authorship and is preserved on the published
record and on the certificate. Every listed author must have contributed to the work and must approve the
submission. Adding or removing an author after publication requires written approval from all affected authors.
Duplicate names or email addresses inside one submission are rejected by the system.
Copyright
You keep the copyright in your work. By submitting, you grant Zuvano Technologies a non-exclusive licence to
reproduce, store and display the paper and its certificate on this website and in the Certificate of Publication
we issue. We claim no ownership of your research.
Review process
Our editorial panel reads each submission and records written comments plus a recommendation: approve, request
a revision, or reject. This is an editorial review conducted by our team. It is not blinded academic peer review,
Corrections
If a published paper contains a factual or typographical error, contact us with the Paper ID. We record the
correction against the paper, note it in its history, and tell you what changed. Minor corrections do not require
a new certificate.
Retractions
If a published paper is found to be materially wrong, or its authorship is disputed and cannot be resolved, an
authorised administrator can retract or unpublish it. Unpublishing removes the paper from public search and
listings while keeping the full publication history intact. Revoking the certificate is a separate action and
marks the certificate REVOKED on the public verification page.
Certificate policy
One Certificate of Publication is issued per published paper, listing the complete author group. It is a
statement of fact: that these authors published this paper with Zuvano Technologies on this date. It is not
a peer-review certification, not a DOI or ISSN, not an academic credit, and not an index record. We are not
registered with Crossref, Scopus, Web of Science or any other indexing or registration service, and we do not
operate a registration agency. If your institution requires accredited credit or a registered identifier,
please raise it with us before you submit.
Certificates can be revoked by an authorised administrator, in which case the public verification page reports
the certificate as REVOKED along with the recorded reason and date. Every issue, revocation and reinstatement
is written to an internal activity log with the responsible account and their IP address.
