Why here

What working at Zuvano is actually like

Review culture

Every line you write gets read by someone senior, and you read theirs. That is the whole training model.

Learning budget

Course and certification costs covered once you are past probation, plus Friday build time.

Sane hours

We quote realistic timelines so crunch is the exception. Weekend work is compensated, not assumed.

Real ownership

Interns present their own work to clients. Nobody ghost-writes your demo.

Hiring process

Four steps, roughly three weeks

  1. Application review

We read the resume and, more importantly, the project you described. Reply within a week.

  2. Practical task

A small, paid-for-your-time task close to real work. No brainteasers, no unpaid spec work.

  3. Technical conversation

We walk through your task and one of your own projects. Expect to be asked why, not just what.

  4. Offer

Written offer with the role scope, review cadence and compensation.
